Unlocker is a program that allows you to delete any file or folder on your computer, even if it is locked or protected for any reason. Once you install this lightweight application, you no longer have to worry about that message that all Windows users have seen on one occasion or another, which goes something like this: 'Could not delete the file or folder: it is being used by another person or program.'
Using Unlocker is quite simple. All you have to do is open the program, then select the file or folder that is locked. After that, you can delete it with a single click, without complications and without error messages. However, even if a lock is not detected on the file or folder, you can also perform other actions: you can rename it, move it, or send it to the recycle bin. Any of these actions will be completed instantly.
Depending on the operating system on which you're using Unlocker, you may not be able to use one of its most interesting features: accessing the program from the context menu. This feature is very useful, but if you don't have it enabled, you can still use the application with the same efficiency. The only drawback, of course, is that it will take a few seconds longer to open it.
Unlocker is one of those applications that no one really needs on a regular basis but that almost everyone will end up needing at least once in a while. And when that time comes, it's better to have it installed, ready to delete any rebel file or folder that refuses to leave your hard drive.

Excellent app! It handles the tasks of deleting, moving, and renaming system-locked, closed, and prohibited files and folders.
I have had it for over 4 years, but it no longer works, nor can I find how to update it.
Very good program.
The best
The password was in the folder itself, and I hadn't noticed.
Very good, I managed to destroy persistent files.
